Hemerson’s SAP series of professional glass washers and dishwashers is composed of 3 models SAP43, SAP48 and SAP60. These machines are completely constructed in stainless steel18/10 to ensure maximum life span and efficiency of use even in the most demanding working environments. The particular care taken during the design phase of each component ensures optimisation of space, and ease of cleaning.
The machines are completely insulating resulting in lower levels of heat and sound emission during use. The door is finely balanced and includes dampeners. The glass washers utilise a 3 phase operation; washing at 55° C, drainage and Rinsing at 85° C. the water is loaded at the end of the washing phase. The clean water rinsing phase restores the water level preparing the machine for the following cycle.
